Shipping

All small items are shipped via AusPost, delivered to your door. We aim to post goodies every business day by 1pm to get ‘em on the next available truck.

How quick you get it is up to you at the checkout (and the delivery driver).

Delivery options:

Port Macquarie Locals: This is where we’re based so we can drop it round to your place if you live within the 2444 postcode. Expect the goods within 2 business days.

Standard: Usual method, carbon neutral (!). You should expect in 7-10 business days

Express: Quick as, but you’ll pay for it. Should arrive at your door within 1-3 business days (also carbon neutral!).

Returns

Usual rules apply:

If it’s not on sale, unworn, unwashed, unwaxed, no dings (in original condition), purchased and returned within 30 days OR it’s damaged goods; we’ll exchange it, credit it, or refund it.

Keep in mind, we’ll only process exchanges/refunds once we’ve assessed the condition of the returned product.

NOTE: Make sure you get a tracking # for your returned items. We can’t (and won’t) be giving refunds if you “sent it” and we didn’t receive it.
